How To Get A Flat Stomach The Right Way

Press your heels into the floor to raise your butt up off the floor, forming a triangle shape with your body. Loop a small resistance band around your legs, just above your knees, and stand with your feet hip-width apart, creating slight tension on the band. But being overweight means you're more likely to have excess fat around your middle, which can make your butt look small by comparison.
